• Processing tube parts
• Deep drilling

The department is based on extensive professionalism and experience acquired in the industry over the years (aerospace, medical, defense, printing, hi-tech and more).
We are authorized to manufacture for leading entities in Israel operating in all industrial sectors and are able to handle all types of materials.

The department is supported by the most innovative and technologically diverse machines.
3, 4 and 5-axis machines, 3.5m 5-axis machines and machines intended for processing microwave, space and other parts.

The department further uses an electro-optic system equipped with XYZ measurement devices.
In addition, all machines are equipped with optic measurement systems and Renisow measurement systems installed with COSMOS/PAS software

The department complies with: ISO9000/Aero Space 9100 along with Code 13.

The department is operated by senior and experienced programmers using SolidWorks 2012 and SolidCAM.
